Terms of Use

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of YEST Co., Ltd. ("Company") and users in relation to the use of services provided on the Company's website ("Site"), including browsing corporate and product information, submitting inquiries, applying for employment, and registering as a visitor ("Services").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• User: A person who accesses the Site and uses the Services provided by the Company under these Terms.
• Post: Text, files, or other information registered by a User on the Site for purposes such as inquiries or applications.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect upon posting on the Site.
The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and reason for any amendment on the Site at least 7 days prior to the effective date.
Amendments unfavorable to Users will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Chapter 2. Use of Services

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company provides the following Services:

• Corporate information including Company, Business, and ESG
• Bulletin board services such as notices and news
• Online submission services such as inquiries, employment applications, and visitor registration

The Company may change all or part of the Services provided due to service content or operational/technical necessity, and will announce the content and date of any such change in advance.

Article 5 (Hours of Service)

Services are provided 24 hours a day, year-round, in principle, unless the Company has special operational or technical constraints.
The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for reasons such as scheduled system maintenance, and will announce such suspension in advance.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

• Impersonating another person or registering false information when submitting an inquiry or application
• Modifying information posted by the Company without authorization, or using it for commercial purposes without the Company's prior consent
• Distributing information (such as computer viruses) that may interfere with the stable operation of the Site
• Any other act that violates applicable laws

Chapter 3. Posts and Copyright

Article 7 (Management of Posts)

If a User's post is deemed to violate applicable laws or these Terms, the Company may delete the post or refuse to process it without prior notice.

Article 8 (Ownership of Copyright)

Copyright in works posted on the Site (documents, images, logos, etc.) belongs to the Company, and such works may not be reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise used commercially, or made available to third parties, without the Company's prior written consent.

Chapter 4. Miscellaneous

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for failure to provide Services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or war.
The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by a User's own fault.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Disputes between the Company and Users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any litigation arising from such disputes shall be filed with the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
